Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@pawsitive.com.
After Shipping
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. In this case, you can initiate a return once the item arrives.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to help with exchanges for:

How Exchanges Work

Email support@pawsitive.com within 14 days of delivery.

Tell us which item you’d like to exchange and for what size or replacement.

We’ll send instructions on how to proceed.

Once the original item is received, we’ll ship your replacement.
Exchange Shipping

Customer pays shipping for size/choice changes.

Pawsitive covers shipping if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
